Our goal is to enhance your offerings with digital solutions, ​make them internationally accessible, and centralise

Together, we are creating the largest platform for ​international students and professionals, with all the ​information and support services needed for a successful ​and respected life in Germany.

The Problem

There are numerous excellent offerings, experts, training ​programmes, and services that are scattered across the ​internet or limited to local, in-person availability.

Even established experts, trainers, and coaches face the ​challenge of digitally transforming and effectively marketing ​their expertise. Without the necessary know-how and ​strategies, it is difficult to increase the reach of their ​programmes and attract international audiences. ​Additionally, there is often a lack of time to build all

this from scratch.

It is of great social, political, and economic importance for ​Germany to maintain, expand, and direct these offerings to ​those who need them most.

At ICA, we aim to share work and life experiences ​interculturally, to promote integration and diversity as ​fundamental pillars of our democracy.

ICA in Motion - Coaching Van

Our exceptional offer for coaches in Bremen and the ​surrounding area through ICA.

Use our platform to offer your clients a coaching van as a ​coaching and meeting room or as a base and catering room ​for fitness coaching sessions, for example. This ​unconventional and innovative environment leaves a lasting ​impression and offers a safe space for confidential ​discussions or a relaxed retreat.

Our service brings coaching directly to your clients, even if ​they live in remote areas or have limited mobility. Often your ​clients' office or home space in the city is limited and there is ​a lack of private and quiet areas for face-to-face meetings. ​Our coaching vans solve this problem.

As a freelance trainer, I remain present online under my own ​name, so my established client base remains as usual. ​Additionally, I now have a presence with training and ​coaching sessions on the ICA platform and my new role in ​the community with moderated chat groups, webinars, and ​events. I am originally from India and came to Germany two and a ​half years ago to do a PhD in intercultural psychology.

I then went through the entire ICA programme. I started my ​own business with the ICA, work as a freelance trainer for ​the ICA and successfully conduct trainings, webinars, ​coaching and cultural Indian dance ceremonies here.
