Do not Under-Estimate Germany

💡We can do better – we just take longer.

The German economy isn’t growing or just barely.

The headlines are pessimistic.
And yes, in Germany, we like to complain. It’s part of our culture.
But if you think Germany is falling behind you probably don’t know Germany very well.

👉🏼Let’s take a cultural perspective.
Germany has always been a country that moves a little slower than others.
Take industrialization: countries around us moved faster, shifted earlier.
We kept using steam engines, planning carefully, observing.

It looked like we were lagging behind until we weren’t.
Suddenly, Germany caught up and overtook many.

Because we don’t just start.
👉🏼We plan.
👉🏼We analyze.
👉🏼We anticipate mistakes that others only discover along the way.

Yes, that takes time.
But when it works, it really works.🚀

👉 Don’t take Germany for gran-ted.
This country still has what it takes to spark another Wirtschaftswunder another economic miracle.

But only if we:
– invest in digital infrastructure and green technologies
– address the skilled labor shortage with smart immigration and vocational training
– reduce bureaucracy
– and coach international talent culturally, not just technically.

Change is coming.
Slower, maybe.
But that’s how German culture works.
