Culture Works – So do You?

What does culture have to do with professional success?

At first glance: not much.
But in reality? You’re probably underestimating it.
Big time.

💡 Cultural understanding is not a soft skill. It’s a success factor.

Culture shapes how we think, work, lead, and collaborate.
It defines what we consider “professional,” “clear,” or even “respectful.

Ask yourself:
– How do I communicate?
– How do I deal with feedback?
– How do I understand deadlines?
– How do I build trust?
– How do I interpret silence?

All of this is culturally influenced.

And if your cultural background differs significantly from German workplace norms, chances are high that friction will occur.

Not because you’re doing something wrong.
But because you’re doing something unfamiliar.
