Three perspectives, one goal: rethinking integration
The Inside Culture Academy (ICA) brings together systemic educational expertise, academic insight and personal migration experience – with one clear goal: to make cultural integration in Germany effective, human-centered and digitally accessible.
Sebastian is the founder of ICA. With over 15 years of experience in developing digital media concepts for vocational and professional training in the public sector, his focus lies in creating scalable learning formats and digital learning architectures that support integration in a strategic and practical way.
Katharina is a freelance intercultural trainer with over 15 years of professional experience in the International Office of one of Germany’s most international universities. Her personal migration background shapes her work just as much as her expertise in supporting international students and skilled professionals.
Tanya is a freelance trainer with a PhD in intercultural psychology. Her trainings combine academic depth with everyday relevance – especially for people who experience Germany as a new living environment.
Together, they developed the COME Method™, a structured digital learning model that transforms traditional integration approaches. It fosters orientation, self-reflection, action and belonging – starting even before arrival in Germany. Today, ICA works with a network of ten dedicated freelance experts who support international students, professionals, companies and partner organizations – with a clear mission: to make integration a process that connects, empowers and creates lasting impact.
Why a Hummingbird as logo?
At Inside Culture Academy, the hummingbird symbolizes agility, resilience, and meaningful connection. Despite its small size, the hummingbird travels long distances, adapts quickly to new environments, and brings color and energy wherever it goes. For us, it reflects the journey of international talents – full of courage, flexibility, and transformation. Even the smallest impulse can set great change in motion.
