The COME Method™ (Culture Oriented Migration Empowerment) is a scientifically grounded learning model for the cultural integration of international talents. It combines intercultural competence, self-reflection, practical confidence, and a sense of belonging – structured into four phases: Understand – Reflect – Apply – Belong.
COME™ builds on traditional integration approaches and takes them further: Integration is not seen as mere adaptation, but as a holistic and active process that strengthens self-efficacy and cultural agency – digital, practical, and empowering.
With CORE™ (Cultural Onboarding Resources & Experience), we implement the COME Method™ in a digital learning environment: Modular learning units, reflection tools, everyday training, and community features prepare international students and professionals specifically for studying, working, and living in Germany.
CORE™ can be flexibly integrated into existing programs – for example, as a complementary component to BAMF integration courses, Erasmus+ / DAAD projects, IQ networks, SME onboarding processes, Triple Win or GIZ preparation courses, CSR and diversity initiatives
