COME by ICA™ – The personal side of integration
The COME Method (Culture Oriented Migration Empowerment) is a scientifically grounded learning model for the cultural integration of international talents.
It combines intercultural competence, self-reflection, practical confidence, and a sense of belonging – structured into four phases:
Understand – Reflect – Apply – Belong.
COME builds on traditional integration approaches and takes them further:
Integration is not seen as mere adaptation, but as a holistic and active process that strengthens self-efficacy and cultural agency – digital, practical, and empowering.
With CORE (Cultural Onboarding Resources & Experience), we implement the COME Method in a digital learning environment:
Modular learning units, reflection tools, everyday training, and community features prepare international students and professionals
specifically for studying, working, and living in Germany.
CORE can be flexibly integrated into existing programs – for example, as a complementary component to
BAMF integration courses, Erasmus+ / DAAD projects, IQ networks, SME onboarding processes,
Triple Win or GIZ preparation courses, CSR and diversity initiatives
