Short Version of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Inside Culture Academy (ICA)

What we offer
ICA provides intercultural training, online courses, coaching, webinars, mentoring and community access – digitally and internationally.

Contract duration for distance learning courses
Certified distance learning courses have a term of 12 months. Termination is possible after 6 months with 6 weeks’ notice, and anytime thereafter with 3 months’ notice. The contract ends automatically after 12 months.

Prices & payment processing
Payment is processed through our online shop (WooCommerce) in conjunction with the payment service provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Prices include VAT. Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Right of withdrawal & refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right expires if you agree to start the course immediately before the period ends. Services already provided may be charged proportionally.

Platform & usage
Courses, webinars and community content are hosted on the Memberspot platform. Content may only be used within the licensed scope and must not be shared with third parties.

Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Technical processing is carried out via WooCommerce, Stripe, and Memberspot, among others. Further details can be found in our privacy policy.

Liability
ICA is not liable in cases of force majeure or for optional services such as webinars. Liability for contractual obligations applies only in cases of gross negligence or intent.

Discounts & giveaways
Students can receive a discount with valid proof. Data from giveaways will be deleted within 30–60 days.

Jurisdiction
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bremen, Germany.
