My name is Katharina
I am an intercultural trainer at the Inside Culture Academy
My personal history of migration, combined with 16 years of valuable professional experience at one of Germany's leading international universities, have shaped my professional and personal development. My comprehensive training as an intercultural trainer and my intensive involvement with international culture have shown me how important understanding, empathy and cultural sensitivity are in our globalised world.
I use this knowledge in my training programmes to ensure that I not only act confidently in intercultural encounters, but also in a culturally sensitive manner.

My name is Tanya
I am an intercultural trainer at the Inside Culture Academy
Originally coming from India, I embarked on my academic journey to Germany 2.5 years ago to pursue a doctorate in cross-cultural psychology. And ever since then, both India and Germany have been an integral part of who I am.
I have always been driven by a deep curiosity to understand culture as an important, yet much overlooked part of human lives. Taking my motivation ahead, I underwent specialized training as an intercultural trainer, and as a trauma relief facilitator. Drawing upon my diverse background and personal experience of migration, I strive to empower individuals to navigate the complexities of multicultural environments with empathy and confidence.
In my training, I aim to keep the blend of my academic expertise, personal experiences, and a passion for fostering intercultural competence.
