CareerSuccess Germany is a learning-intensive transition program designed to help international students translate their academic potential into professional confidence.
Based on our ZFU-certified distance learning course “The Hidden Rules of German Culture”, the program combines structured learning, guided reflection, and practical application within the CORE™ learning environment – supporting you step by step on your path into the German workplace.

Program Structure
CareerSuccess Germany consists of five interconnected learning modules:
Module 1 – Cultural Foundation & Orientation (CORE)
A guided introduction to the ZFU-certified distance learning course and the ICA platform, building essential cultural foundations for studying, applying, and working in Germany.
Module 2 – Application Contexts in Germany
Focused exploration of German application standards, including CVs, cover letters, cultural signalling, templates, and feedback rounds.
Module 3 – Cultural Transition & ADAPT
Intensive learning on cultural transition and professional adaptation using the ADAPT Life Cycle.
Module 4 – Skill Interpretation in the German Recruitment System
Understanding how competencies are evaluated and how to position skills effectively.
Module 5 – Interview Situations in Germany
Analysis of interview interaction patterns, evaluation criteria, and professional communication.
Cohorts & Schedule
CareerSuccess Germany is delivered in fixed learning cohorts.
Each cohort includes:

Participants are assigned to a cohort after successful registration and payment.

Sessions are conducted by qualified trainers from the ICA network. Trainer assignments may vary by cohort.
Participation & Enrollment
Places are limited to 10 participants.
Registration closes automatically when capacity is reached.
If a cohort is fully booked, interested participants may join the waitlist to be informed about the next available cohort.
Enrollment is confirmed after successful payment.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendance & Access
Participation in live sessions is an integral part of the program.
If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, Session summary and learning materials remain available via the CORE™ platform.
Access to all materials is provided for 12 months within the participant’s CORE™ account.
